Choosing Citrus Fruit

Citrus fruits - lemon, orange, grapefruit, grape, tangerine, and so on - is a great source of vitamin C and a nice burst of acidity in the mouth. In addition, citrus fruits are available throughout the year, and they store very well.

I keep seeing the fruits, it is hard, heavy, feel juicy.

Look for firm, smooth skin. Thin skin that is what exists in most fruits.

Avoid fruit that feels rough paste or weaknesses.

Smell the fruit. It has an odor, a weak at room temperature to soften.

At an ambient temperature of citrus fruit when you eat in a week or two, otherwise it is in fruits and vegetables for 6-8 weeks.
